Termion Volcano se nanosi na površine koje mogu biti pod utjecajem temperaturnih ekstrema od -60°C do +600°C i otporne su na agresivne medije poput naftnih derivata, soli i mineralnih ulja.

Metalne površine tretirane termalnim premazom Termion Volcano bit će bez korozije, a industrijska oprema s visokom radnom temperaturom zaštitit će radnike od toplinskih opeklina.

Termion Volcano na organskoj bazi sadrži 80% mikrogranula od staklokeramike “3M” (Francuska), 20% specijalnih aluminijskih pahuljica i reološke aditive.

Principle of operation:

The viscous fraction, which consists of a high-quality imported binder (dispersion), contains air-filled microspheres of glass-ceramic with low thermal conductivity, ultraviolet filters, rheological additives, and corrosion inhibitors.

When applied to metal surfaces, the coating polymerizes, covering the surface with a film of vacuum-coated ceramic microspheres and forming a thermal barrier.

Method of application:

  1. Before applying the coating, mix thoroughly by hand or with a mechanical mixer (speed up to 200 revolutions per minute).
  2. Requirements for the surface to which thermal insulation is applied: dry, firm, and clean (free of grease, dirt, and dust)

  4. Use a roller, brush, or airless sprayer for application.
  5. The ambient temperature during application should be between +7°C and +40°C.
  6. Apply the coating to the metal surface in 2–3 layers, allowing up to 24 hours between each drying stage (drying time depends on the ambient air temperature).
  7. Coating drying occurs after 48 hours under natural conditions at a temperature of 20°C.
  8. Complete material recrystallization occurs during in-service heating.
