“TERMION STANDARD” is a universal ultra-thin thermal insulation coating from the full series of ultra-thin thermal insulators. It is used on all types of surfaces with operating temperatures ranging from –60 °C to +200 °C.

It is used for effective thermal insulation of pipelines, metal roofing materials, tanks and cisterns, cooling plants, other metal structures, and industrial equipment. The Termion Standard is also used on surfaces made of vapor-permeable materials (glass, plastic, and others).

Termion Standard contains 80% “3M” glass-ceramic microgranules (France) and 20% silicone microgranules, an acrylic base, and other rheological additives.

Core technology: the viscous phase, which consists of a high-quality imported binder (dispersion), contains microspheres filled with evacuated air from glass-ceramics with a low thermal conductivity coefficient and silicone, ultraviolet filters, and rheological additives.

When applied to any surface, the coating polymerizes, covering the surface with a film of vacuum-adsorbed ceramic and silicone microspheres, forming a thermal barrier.

Method of application:

  1. Before applying the coating, mix thoroughly by hand or with a mechanical mixer (speed up to 200 revolutions per minute).
  2. Requirements for the surface to which thermal insulation is applied: dry, firm, and clean (free of grease, dirt, and dust)
  3. Applying Thermion Standard to painted surfaces is not recommended
  4. Use a roller, brush, or airless sprayer for application.
  5. The ambient temperature during application should be between +5 °C and +40 °C.
