Anticor je na organskoj bazi, sadrži 80% mikrogranula staklokeramike “3M” (Francuska) reološke dodatke i tvari koje inhibiraju koroziju (inhibitore).

Principle of operation:

The viscous fraction, which consists of a high-quality imported binder (dispersion), contains air-filled microspheres of glass-ceramic with low thermal conductivity, ultraviolet filters, rheological additives, and corrosion inhibitors.

When applied to metal surfaces, the coating polymerizes, covering the surface with a film of vacuum-coated ceramic microspheres and forming a thermal barrier.

Method of application:

Before applying the coating, mix thoroughly by hand or with a mechanical mixer (speed up to 200 revolutions per minute).
Requirements for the surface to which thermal insulation is applied: dry and clean (free of grease, dirt, and dust)
