Where it is applied:

“TERMION BIOPROTECT” is an innovative thermal coating for insulating rooms with high humidity. It is used to protect surfaces and prevent mold, mildew, and condensation.

The advantages of Termion BioProtect are:

Termion BioProtect contains 80% microglass beads made of 3M glass-ceramics (France) and 20% silicone microbeads, a high-quality acrylic base, antifungal components, and other rheological additives.

Principle of operation:

The viscous fraction, which consists of a high-quality imported binder (dispersion), contains air-filled glass-ceramic microspheres with low thermal conductivity and silicone, antifungal components, and rheological additives. When applied to a surface, the material polymerizes, coating the surface with a film of vacuum-packed ceramic and silicone microspheres, creating a thermal barrier and eliminating condensation.

Method of application:

  1. Before applying the coating, mix thoroughly by hand or with a mechanical mixer (speed up to 200 revolutions per minute).
  2. Requirements for the surface to which thermal insulation is applied: dry, firm, and clean (free of grease, dirt, and dust)
  3. Applying Termion BioProtect to painted surfaces is not recommended.
  4. Use a roller, brush, or airless sprayer for application.
  5. The ambient temperature during painting should be between +5 °C and +40 °C.
