Primer for facade

Primer for facade

There are 20-liter and 10-liter options.

Termion Fasad Primer is a liquid binder/primer for old and new concrete and cement façade surfaces. It is suitable for interior and exterior use.

It is based on an acrylic emulsion and is used as a universal primer for all types of concrete/brick roof/wall/basement surfaces to ensure high waterproofing/increased adhesion to the substrate, for repairs, and for creating coatings with high bonding properties. It is intended for repairs (applying plaster and highly flexible coatings).

Termion Facade Primer is a water-based solution that can be used with cement-based mixes. It is ideal for cement mortars and concrete, as it significantly improves water resistance and bonding properties.

Benefits of Termion base coat for facades:

Field of application:

Termion Primer Fasad is intended for surface preparation before applying Termion liquid thermal insulation.

Preparation of the surface:

The surface must be dry, clean, and free of grease. Remove any loose coating, dirt, and dust mechanically. To degrease, wash the surface with a 3-5% soda solution, then rinse with water and dry. For glossy surfaces (old oil paint and enamel), sand with fine-grit sandpaper until the surface is rough, then clean off the resulting dust. Fill cracks, holes, and imperfections with wood filler, then let the surface dry before sanding.

Instructions for use:

Termion facade primer must be stirred until smooth before use. Apply the primer evenly over the entire surface using a paint roller, brush, or paintbrush, avoiding puddles. Further finishing work can only be carried out once the primer is completely dry (12 hours after application, depending on drying conditions).

Caution! When working, observe personal safety precautions. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse with plenty of water. Keep out of reach of children.
